Sour-Cream Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Dash paprika
Garnish: additional paprika and 12 green-olive halves
Directions
1. Using a sharp knife, cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove egg yolks and place in a bowl. Set aside egg-white shells.
2. Using a fork, mash egg yolks. Add remaining ingredients to egg yolks, stirring until smooth and creamy.
3. Fill egg-white shells with egg-yolk mixture. Garnish each egg half with one green-olive half, if desired. Refrigerate until serving time.
